At LaTipit, your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email Latipitorder@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
  • Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items

  • For hygienic and safety reasons, our nail strips cannot be returned once opened.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or delayed delivery outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • In the event of a verified damaged/defective item, LaTipit covers the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
  • We may ask you to safely dispose of or return the defective product depending on the situation.
